Really poor Quality Control – you may be lucky though
First up – great service from Amazon. I returned 2 of these and was refunded. The first one to be returned had a bad pixel – and also had touch buttons that randomly worked.

This thing kept on FREEZING, sent it back for warranty, froze again. Lost memories, totally unreliable
I bought it, I actually liked the thing then when I was on vacation in Mexico, the thing froze on me. Then it would do it like every 4th or 5th time I used it.

Excellent value and great image quality for the $$$$
This camcorder delivers surprising good image quality both in outdoor and indoor lighting and even in low light situations. The sound quality is also excellent.
