What Reasonably Priced Camcorder Is Also Good For Taking Pictures?

I am looking for a camcorder that records onto dvd or hard drive. My budget is around £100. I want a standard definition camcorder that records decent videos and take decent still pictures (nothing overly fancy).

   Toshiba Camileo P30 Camcorder – High Definition
   Its got a 5 megapixel sensor, which basically means it can take still pictures of 5MP, which is pretty high for a camcorder and quite good for a still.
