Whats The Difference Between These Camcorder Models?

Hi there – what is the differnece between a Samsung SMX-F 30 camcorder and a Samsung F30 camcorder – looked on internet some advertise as one others as the alternate – are they the same camcorder with some just leaving the SMX bit out?

   From what I can tell I think the SMX-F is high definition, the other one isn’t. Probably pixel rate is 700 X something. Both are making me regret my sony Hard drive cam now. Cheap
